This being the date set, hearing was had on Uond emne tion resolution h1o.2409 for
the opening of portions of Knowblock street between Lincoln "ay ""est and City Limits.

In the above named condemnation resolutionro.2409, no remonstr,-tors appeared an
no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, after hey -ring all persons interested
in said resolution and being fall- advised_ in the ratter, decides to take final action
on said. condemnationresol.ution and declares same in all thinF-s rrtified, confirmed and
approved. The Board now orders tI-:at a list or roll be prepared. of all owners and hold-
ers of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken, which list or
roll shall also describe the property beneficial ll- affected by spud condemnation.
Upon the re commendati on of ''m. F. dui-lls, t I.e Board approved the installation
of a 1000 lumen light of Foster `�tre et between Peashway and Poka gon Street at a cost
of y 3 0.00 per year.

In the above named improvement resolution, property owners waived all object-

ions on and in defense to an-v defect in said proceedings and to any violation in pro-
cedure for the construction of' street improvements as fixed by law.

gether with the follcuing Condemnation Resolution l\?o.24I2:

Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, That
the follcffing describedproperty be appropriated for the use of said City:
