City Engineer H. G. :.ray, filed the following final estimates: Final estimate for the grade walk and curb -n the south one half of Don - mover Avenue from Fellows Street to High 6treet under Improvement Resolution No.2387. The Board signed and approved same in the amount of 1539.84. . Final estima to fbr the grade, curb and walk improvemett on the west one- ` half of Fellows Street from Donmover Avenue to Irvington Avenue under Improvement Resolu- tion No.2388. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested in said assess:, nent roll, and being fully advised of the premises, decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without • nodification and the proceedings closed.
