Board met in re gula.r session at 9 A. 110 All mdmmbers present. Puinutes of
meeting held November Ilth. , 1930, read and, approved.
The Board approved tha renewal certificate for the excavation bond in favor
of Emil Spromberg in the amount of pI,000.00 signed by Ietropolitan Casualty Insurance
Company.
The Board approved a plan for a drive way for a filling station at the
corner of 27th., Street and Tvlishawa.ka Avenue owned by the Texas Compahy.
This being- the date set continued hearing wes had on the Improvement
Resolution -1br the local sewer in 'Ford Street from Arnold_ Street to a. point 225 feet
east. under Improvement Resolution No.2406. .
In the above named improvement resolution, remonstretoft appeared and after
hearing all persons interested in said resolution and. being fully advised. in the pre-
mises, the Board decides to rescind all former action taken on said resolution and
declares same null and #old. and the �rcoceedinps closed.
The'Board. approved the redistribution of assessments for River R,,rk Trunk
Sewer No.3 for Lots in Logan Beight s Proposed Addition numbered from I to II inclusive.
The Board approved the redistribution of assessments for River Psrk Trunk
Sewer No.2 for lots in Logan B.eights proposed addition numbered from I to II inclusive.
The Board approved the redistribution of assessments for River Park Trunk
Sewer No .3 for Lot No . I9 , 0. P: of River Perk.
The Board approved the redistribution of assessments for Coquillard 'Rood s
System of Gas 11lai ns for Lot #92 Coquillard IFoods Addition.
The Board approved the mdistribution of assessments for Coquillard 'Foods
System of eater lvains for Lot !'�!192. in Coquillard 10,'oods Addition.
The Board approved the redistribution of .assessmets for River Perk Trunk
Sewer No.I for Lot 46 in Egglestons Ist. , Ad di tion.
