Due to a lack of quorum, no business c ou ld be transacted and all business
scheduled for this date will be taken ire of `vnednesday Evening', November 5th. , I930,
at 7-I5 P. M.

This be ing the date set, h e^ring was had on Improve m nt h es olutio n No . 240 2 for
the pavement of the alley west of Michigan Street from 11arion Street. to Ist., all
north of Marion Street. ( See fi 1 es f or cc py o f r esolut i on. )
In the above named improvement resolution rEmonstrators appeared but no written
remonstra nc e was filed. 1%r. Edwin Sommerer, attorney for the Ge=n Turner Hall Corp. remonstrated against the utility of this improvement. After hearing all persons inter-
ested in said resolution and being- fully advised. in the premises, the Board decides to
take ftr�l action on said resolution and rescinds all former action taken on same and
declares same null and void and the proceedings closed.
This being the de to set, heari ng was had on Vacation Resolution No.2404 for theVac&tion of the first alley north of Lincoln Way "crest between Adams Street and the Ist.
alley east of Adams. (See files for copy of resolution.)
In the above named vacation resolution, no Temonstrator s appeared and no written
remonstrances sere filed and the Boerd, being fully advised in the premises takes fina.]
action on said vacation resolution and declares sari in all things ratified, confirmed
and ap p ro ve d .
The Board now orders that a list or roll be pre pared of all owners and holders of
property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken. 77hich list or roll shall
also describe the property beneficially affected by such Vacation.
This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation nesolttaon No.2403 for the
vacation of Ist. , alley east of Lee -per Avenue from Eiorth Shore llrive to Leeper Avenue.

until Tuesday, November IIth., 1930, at I0:00 A. M1., and instructs the Clerk to advise
all pr operty owners affected by se id vacation so that cmnsent for this alley vacation
may be obtained from all concerned.
