Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. M. John K. Smogor absent.
The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of Frame and Zimmer for the pavement of
the alley south of I-'ox Street from High Street to Ist., alley east of Nigh Street under
jImprovement Resolution No.2385, in the amount of $38.87 signed by Southern Surety
C ompa ny. .
li The Board approved the renevTal -certificate for the excavation bond of Louis
S. Nies'Oodski in the amount of T,000.00 signed. by Hartford Accod ent and Indemnity Co.

This being. the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the pave

In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstre ce was filed ard. the Board, being fully advised in the premises, after hear-
ing all persons interested in said roll, finds that the several. lots and parcels of land
have been benefited in the amounts shovm on said roll. The Board, tl-orefore, takes
final action on said asses- ent roll and declares same in a.11 things ratified, confirm-
ed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Boerd nor orders
said assessment roll delivered to t j]e Department of Finance.

of the Istl, alley east of Scott Street; the Ist/. allejT north pf Wayne Street; the
2nd. , alley East of Scott Street under Improvement Resolution No.2384.

monstrance was filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested in said roll,
decides to continue hearing on same until Tuesday, November 25th., 1930, at I0:00 A. M.
This being the date set, hearing ivas had on the assessment roll for the pavement

In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators epee -red and no written
remonstrance was fild and the Board, after hearing all persons interested in said roll
and. being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels have
ii been benefited in the -amounts shown on said roll. The Board„ th erefore , takes final
action on said assessment roll and declares sane in all things ratified, confirmed. and.

Bids having been received for the local sewer in Walnut Street under Improvement
Resolution No.24001, the Board this 29th. , day of October 1930, hereby awards the con-
tr-ct to S. U. Ackerman at his low bid of $1,760.00 for vitrified pipe.
The Board approved the petition of F. P. Futter for a cut in the pavement on
• North Silber street, as petitioned for under dale of October 29th., I930.
