I� Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. M. All members present.
City Engineer, H. G. Wray, submitted the follcwing Partial Estimates:
Partial Estimate No,I for the grade, curb and walk improvement on the west
j 2 of Fellows Street from Irvington'Avenye to Donmoyer Avenue, in, accordance with the
terms of the agreement between the City of South Bend, Indiana and Harry N. Barnes,
j Contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.2388. The Board signed and approved same
in the amount of I,178.28.
• j Partial Estimate No.I ibr the grade, curb and: walk Impivement on the south
side of Indiana Avenue from Brookfield Street to Olive Street, in accordance with the
terms of the contract between the City of South Bend, Indiana, and H. N. Barnes,
i! Contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.2376. The Board signed and approved same
in t1 e amount of '$739.I0.

In the above need assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrances were filed and the Board.,, after hearing all persons interested in said.
• assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots
and parcels of land primarily assessed for said impmvemant have been benefited in the
amounts shovm on said assessment roll. The Board , therefore, takes final action on
said assessment roll and declares sae in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
without modification and. the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
roll delivered to the Dppartment of Finance.
This being the date set, hearing was had on te assessment roll for .the pave-
ment improvement on Olive 6treet from Lincoln Way West to Elwood Avenue under Improve-
ment Resolution No.2367.
In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrances were filed and the Board , after hearing all persons interested in said
• ' assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots
,and- parcels of land pr ima rily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the
amounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board , therefore, takes final action on

said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
I� without modification and the proceedings clos3ed. The Board now orders said assessment
roll delivered to the Department of Finance.

grading improvement on Johnson Street from Pershing Street to Wilson Avenue under Improve -
ment Resolution No.2377.
. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrances were filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested in said
assessment roll, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots
and. parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the
amounts s hown on sa id assessment roll. The Board,, therefore, take s final a ction on
said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
u without modification and the pmeeedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
'roll delivered to the Department of Finance.

sewer in Ciyde btreet from Altgeld Street to a point 225 feet north under Improvement
Resolution -No.23I7.
In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrances were filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested in said
assessment roll, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots
and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the
amounts shown on said assessment roll. The Board , therefore , t ake s final action on
sai d. assessment roll and decla res s ame in al 1 things ratif ied, confirmed and approved
without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
roll delivered to the Department of Finance.

sidewalk impmvenent on Indiana Avenue (south side) from Brookfield Street to Olive

The board approved claim in the amount of : I.07 fcr freight on
parts for boiler for City Hall. "
The Eoerd apIroved a claim of Rocco Sheri for sexier connection
on Chapin Street in the amount of P235.00, said claim is hereby ordered paid out of
Track Elevation fund.
