City Engineer, H. G. Wray $ filed the following; reports on remonstrance filed
against improvements on 2 8th. , Street:
Twenty-eighth Street from Pleasant Street to North Side Blvd-.. under Improve-
ment Resolution No.2395 there are 4 resident property owners, I of whom has signed the

• Twenty-eighth,Street from Mishawaka Avenue to Pleasant Street under Improvement
Resolution No.2394, there are 3I resident property owners, 19 of whom have signed the
remonstrance.

The Board approved. the Guarantee Bond of the Gross Construction Company .for
the Olive Street pavement from Lincoln 1'ay West to Elvlood Avenue under Improvement Res-
olution No.2367 in the amount of $I,502.75 signed by National Surety Company.The Board
• The Board approved the renewal certificate for excavation bond in favor of
F. Neu -pert in the amount of 81,000.00 signed by Dartford Accodent and Indemnity Co.
The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the Albert Construction Company for
the pavement on Swy9art Street from Ind. iana Avenue to N. J. I. R. R. , under Improvement
Resolution No.2380 in the amount of 8464.36, signed by �",etropolitan Casualty Insurance
Company of New York.
The Board approved the ibllowing Final Estimates:
Final Estimate for the p avement of the alley s mith of Fox Street from High St.,
to Ist. , alley east under Improvement Resolution No.2385. The Board signed and approved
• same in the anount of $388.76.
Final Estimate fbr the pavement off. 29th. , street from 1-Tishawake Avenue to G.
T. R. R. under Improvement Resolution No.2383/ The Board signed and approved same in
the amount of I4,78I.59.
Final Estimate for the pavement of the Ist ., alley east of Ocott Otreet , Ist. ,
alley north of Ist. , alle,17- Wayne, aid the 2nd., alley east of Scott Street, all under
Improvement Resolution 1To.2384. The Board signed and approves same in the amount of
$1048.92.
The Board approved the redisbursement of addessmen.ts fbr the River Park Trunk
j Sewer No.3 for Lots II6-II7-II8, as shown on schedule submitted by � ity Engineer, H. CT.
Wray.
The board approved the redistribution of assessments fbr the Dubail Avenue
pipe sewer aga tst-Lot 26 in Leers Ist., addition, as shown on schedule submitted by
H. G. gray.
The Board approved the redistribution of assessments for the 23rd. Street
I� pavement against Lot 14o.86 Original Plat of Rives Park, as shovm on schedule submitted
by t . G. Wray, City Engineer.
. I The Board approved the redistribution of assessmefnts for 24th., Street rank Seger against Lot 92 Coquillard floods ddition, as shown on schedule mbmitted by H. G.
Wray, City Engineer.
The Board., hereby, orders approved schedules for above redistributions of
assessments delivered to the Department of Finance.

The Board approved the plan showing the new location for a transformer vault
at Main and Center ''treets in front of property cwned by John B. Haberle, showing said
vault to be constructed at the north end of said property, 6 feet of the vault to be
in side walk area and 6 feet in the street, with the opening in 1te sidewalk section.
The -board approved the plans for a transformer vault located at K of C Building
• on West Jefferson Boulevard.

In all of the above nerved assessment rolls, the Board hereby orders that on
the 2lst. , day of October 1930, this Bog rd will meet in their office in the City Nall
at I0:00 A. I,& , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property had
been affected by such vacations and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of
1^nd. have been or will be benefited or damages in the amounts shown on said rollst or
in a greater or less sum than that shorn on said rolls. The Boerdfurther orders that
notices, showing the amounts of damages awarded and ADeneftts assessed against each piece
of property as shown on said rolls, be delivered to propert owners according to law.
