The Board approved the sale of three old cars belonging to the engineering Department which have been out of use for some time and which have been stored in a space in the street department garage which was needed for the space used as the dog pond. said cars rare Grdered sold to A. Baker for junk and the certificates of title were o-r,�ered assigned to him for record in the off ice of Secretary of State. The above cars were ordered sold for the sum of 83.00 which was paid to the Board upon the release of the certificates f title. The Bcard approved_ a plan for a. drive way for a f illing station st the corner of olfax and Lafayette `'treet for Sam Coffman. The Roard claims for various departments in the amount of 6,867.63. The Board also approved pay roll claims for various departments in the emount of 2,397.69. This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment rolls: Assessment roll fbr the grade, curb aid walk improvement on Falcon Stree from Jefferson 'street to Colfax Avenue under lmrorovement Resolution No.2365. Assessment roll for the grade, curb aril walk improvement on High Street from Fairview Avenue to Donmoyer Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.I956. Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk improvement on the south side of Buskin Street from alleywest of Clover Street to 0akland Street under Improve ment Resolution N0.2311, In all of the ab.-ve named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited. in the amounts shorim on said assessment rolls. The Board, there fore, decides to take final action on said. assessment rolls and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and ap- proved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board nova orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. ' This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment rolls: Assessment roll for the pavement of the alley west of Taylor Street from LaSalle Avenue to Ist.. alley north of LaSalle Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2351. Assessment roll for the pavement of the alley vest of Riverside 'rive from mot. Joseph Street to. Nava rre Street under Improvement Resolution I`.o.2349. Assessment roll for the pavement of the alley west of Scott Street from Dubail Avenue to Calvert Street under Improvement Resolution No.2350 . In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeered and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts, shown on said assessment rolls. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment rolls and declares sane in all things ratified, confirmed and approved wi thout modification and the proceedings clos ed. , The Board now order s ,said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. This being the date set, cnnti.nued hearing was had on the assessment roll for the pavement of the west one half cf Logan Street from Mishawaka Atiwnue to Jeffer- son Boulevard under Improvement Resolution Eo.232I. In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared but no written. remonstrances were filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the amounts shun on said assessment roll.
