at the corner of LaSalle Avenue and William Street.
The Board approved a drive way plan for filling station at
the -corner of Indiana Avenue and Magnolia Street.
Claims in the amount of $8,732,12 for pay rolls in various
departments were si gne d. and approved by the Board.
A claim in the. amount of $6.85 filed against the street
department by E. Seilenbinder for damages to car:by street department flusher, was
signed. and eppxoved by the Board end ordered paid,

In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators
j appeared and. no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in
the premises, finds t'-at the several lots are parcels of land have been benefited in
the amounts shown on said .assessment rolls. The Board, there fore., takes final action
on said assessment lulls and declares sane in all things ratified, confirmed and appro,
ed and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered
{ to the department of finance.
This being, the date set, heari g was had on the assessment roll
for the pipe sewer in Ewing A-veaue under ImprovemEnt resolution No.2244.
In ttie above named assessment roll, Clarence E. Perkins owner
of five lots, appeared and remonstrated against his assessments on said lots for said
improvement. After hearing all persons interested in said improvement and no wrttten
remonstrances be ing filed, the Board decides to continue hearing until 'Tuesday, July
I5th . , 1930 , at I0 : 00 A. M.
This being the date set, hearings were had on the following

no written remonstrances were filed., and the Board, being fully advised in the premises
finds that the several: lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in
the anounts shorn on said assessmnt roll. The Board,, therefore, dedddes to take final
action on said assessment rolls and. declares same in all things ratified, confirmed
and approved and the alleys vacated and the proceedings closed.
This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation resolution No.2375 for the

vacation of the alley between 23rd. , and 25th . , Streets from Kerslake Court to the

In the above named veLcaticn resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no written
rEmonstrence s we re filed and the Board, being fully advised in the prerAises d eci des
to take final action on said resolution and declares sere in all: things rPt ified, con-
j firrmd and_ approved. The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all
owners and holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken
which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected by such va-
cation.

This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement resolution N0.2377 for
the grading of Johnson street from south side of Pershing street to Vvilson Street.
In the above named improvement resolution, no romonstrators appeared and no
written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises
11 finds that the venefits to the several lots and parcels af land liable to be assessed
i; for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as filed by the City
Engineer.. The Board, trerefcre, decides to take final action on said improvement
resolution No.2377 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
The Board now Wets that on the .29 th . , day of July 1930, this Board will receive
il oven and read sealed proposals for the construction of said improvement up to I0:00

The Board approved the Guarantee Bond �� of I. . Staples for the local sewer in
Huey Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street under Improvement Resolution N0.2330,
in the amount of 2I7.90 signed by National bu._rety Co.
This being the date set, he ar ing was had on Improvement Resolution No,2376 for
the construction sidewalk improvement on the south side of Indiana Avenue from Brook-
I field Street to Olive Street. (See files for copy of resolution.
In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared and a written
remonstrance was filed against the construction of said walk from VVarren Street to
• i Olive Street. Property owners were present asking: that the ffimprovement be made without
airy modification, and the Board, ter hearing all persons interested in said improve-
went, d ec ides to continue hearing until Tuesday, July I5th. , I930 , at I0:00 A. IR.
