Slot & Son 49589.50 Bids having been received for the pavement of Cedar Street from Arthur Street to '�unnyside Avenue under Improvement resolution No.2370, the Board this 3rd., day of July 1930, hereby makes a preliminary order for sheet asphalt pave- ment as the type of ravemeznt with which said street shall be improved and sets the I5th.9 day of July, I930, as the time when said Board shall -either act on petition for a. change in the type of -zvement other than that specified in the preliminary order, award the contract or reject all bids. The Board signed the contract with the Albert Construction Company for the pavement on Humboldt street from Allen Street to Diamond Avenue under Improvennnt resolution N0.2357 in the amount of 5,079.00. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50"IS of the contract price signed by Metropolitan C@,.sualty Co. The Board signed the contract with the Gross Construction Co., for the page mint of Olive Street from Lincoln Way West to Elwood Avenue under Improve- ment Resolution No.2367 in the amount of $I5,677.30i The Board also approved the c ons truct ion bond o f same fo r 50% of t he co ntra ct pri ce si gned b y the N., ti onal Surety Co The Board signed the contract with Gross Construction Company for the pavement of kerslake Court from 23rd., Street to 25th., Street under Improve- ment Resolution No.2366 in the amount of` 3, 22I.95. The Board also approved the con- struction bond of same for 5 O o of the contract price signed by Ngtional Surety Company. Bids he ving been received f a the construction of a local sever in Carlisle Street from Indiana Avenye to Prairie Avenue under Improvement resolu tion No.2374, the Board this 3rd. , day of July I930, hereby awards the contract to Rocco Simeri at his low bid of $3,490 .I3 for concrete pipe. Bias having been received for the construction of a local sewer in Melkus Court from Oak street to Lincoln Way West under Improvement Resolution N0.2372, the Board this 3rd. , day of July I930, hereby, awards the contract for said improvement to Spadoni Company at their low bid of $421.50 for concrete pipe.
