In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board, hereby
orders that- on the 2lst. , day of hla y, I9309 this Board will meet in their office in
the City Nall at 7-I5 P. ii. , to hepr and receive remonstrances from all persons whose
property may be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to
the several lots and p arcelt of ]and aid ble^t o be assessed for said improvement will
be equal to the estimated costs of same as re ported by the City Engineer. The Board,
further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published in the South Bend
Tribune and Mirror on the 2nd., day of May and on the 9th. , day of 1�ay 1930, according
to law.
The Board approved the excavation bond of Frank Spitzer in the amount
of 01I,000.00 signed by Great -kne ric an Indemnity Co.
,� The Board approved the Contractors Bond of Charles Aulm fn the amount
of ,�I$000.00 signed by National Surety Company.

In the matter of the local sewer in Huey Street from Elwood Avenue
o. Keller street under modified Improvement Resolution Yo.2330, the Board, hereby, orders
that on the I3th., day of 1=ay, I930, this Board vIll receive, open and read sealed pro-
posals for the construction of said improvement . The Board further orders that notices
of said proposals shall be published on the 2nd . , day of Ilay and on the 9th. , day of 171'sy
