The Board approved an extra &mount of work in connection with the City
Hall remodeling in favor of Gerber and Hpley, contractors, in the amount of
I, 121.82. Said items being approve, = and checked by R. V. Maure:;, architect.
i� The Board signed the contract with Rocco Sime i for the local sewer im-
provement in florin Street from east line of Madison Park ddition to center line of
Twyckenham Drive under Improvement Resolution No.2326 in the amount of ,�?I,282.006
. i The Board approved the construction bond of same in the amount of I00 % of the con-
tract price signed by National Surety Company,

j The -board approved the petition of the Indiana and Michigan Electric
Company to establish underground service on �'t. Joseph "'treet between Lincoln V4ay
East and East Jefferson Blvd., and in the alley m st o f Main Street be,$ween Navarre

and Bartlett Streets,, as recommended. by Vim. F. Qualis.
This being the date set, bids were received, opened and read for the
local sexier improvemnt in Wilson Avenue from Ironwood Road to 24th. , Street under
Improvement xesoluti.on No.2329. Bids are as follows:

In the above named improvement resolution, the Board hereby or,"crs that
on the 23rd. , day of A-pril I930, this Boa rd will meet in their office in the City Hail
at 7-I5 P. 17.11 to hear and receive remonstr-noes from all persons whose property Pay
be assessed for said improve ?rent and will decide whether the benefits to the several
lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to

In all of the above named: im-Provenient resolutions, the Board
lie reby orders that on tl-:e 30t h. , day of April 1930, this Board gill meet in their office
in the City Hall at 7-15 P. 11. 1 to hear and receive rEmonstrances from all -oersons in-
terested in or affected by'said improvements and will decide whether the beneft-ts to
the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvements will
be equal to.the estimated costs of same as reported by the City engineer. The Board
further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published in the South Pend
'1:ribune and - Mirror on the IIth. . day of April and.. on the I8th. I day of April 1930
according to law and that notices be mailed to property oviners according to law.
The Board approved claims for various de-partrmnts in tho amount
of $17$865.60.
The Board approved pay roll claims in the amount of �31833.97
for various,de-Qartments.
The Board appr&ved the renewal certificate for the excavation
bond of -Robert L. 1horpe in the amount of 01,000.00 signed by Metropolitan Casualty
Insurance Co.
The Board approved the renewal certificate for the excavation
bond of Ralph Sollitt & Sons Construction Co=oany in the amount of PI,000.00 sipmed by
United States Fidelity &,-, Guaranty Co.
The Board. approved the Excavation Bond of 2'red P. Futter in
the amount of 000.00 signer, by the Yetropolitan casualty Insurance Com-)any.
