g P y P  ,
last year and previous to this he had not been in business since early last fall.
Shortly after his plane was attached I had an agreement with him (Mr. Walte
Clements was present) that he would pay his account as per lease tip to the time his
plane was atte ched and - after . t hat he was to pay $20.00 p er month storage for length of
time his plane would be in Hanger 43.
Any refund he might have coming would be for one-half months rent last
August - Mr. Kuespert claims he used the hanger and he (Hastings) says otherwise;
• j however, he paid according to the lease yp to -December I2th., and the three months
storage since that time will deunter b.-lance any claim he thinks ]is coming to him.
He sold his plane, is not a-. resident of our city and claims he is broke
and does not anticipate going in this line of business agate therefor6, I' recommend
the cancellation of his IePse and the closing of his account giving _him a clean slate.
