Board met in regular session. at 9 A. N. All members present, Minutes
of meeting held February ISth. ,. I93O Y readh and approved.
The Board approved certain extras in connection with the remodeling
of the City Ball in favor of Gerber and Haley Contractors, as shown on detailed
schedule_, totaling $1, 063.50.
The Board.^approved the following excavation bonds:
Excavation bond of terry Nicodemus in the amount of I,O0O.00 signed
by Ivl,ryland Casualty Co.
Excavation Bond of J. B. Fleck in the amount of I,000.O0 signed by
Maryland Casualty Co.
The Board approved the redistribution of the Hill Street grade, mrb
and walk improvement and hereby orders Clerk to deliver same to City Controller.
This being the date set, hearings were had on the following Vacation
Resolutions:
Vacation Resolution No. 2323 for the va cat ion of the alley west of
Pulasku 'street from Division 'street to t'-e first alley south of D ivis ion Street ( See
files for copy of resolution. )
Vacation Resolution No.2322 for the vacation of the alley west of
Kosciuszko Street from Division street to the first alley south of Division Street.

Vacation Resolution No.2324 for the vacation of the alley, west of Brook=
fed street from Division street to the first alley south of Division treet (see
files for copy of resolution.)
Vacation resolution No.2.325 for the vacation of the first alley south
of Bowman Street from Nigh street to Studebaker 1',krk, more particularly described as
the alley between lot 208 third plat of South east Addition and lots I26 and 127 in
Oak. Park 4th. , Addition. (See files for copy of resolution. )
In all of the above named resolutions, no remonstrators appeared and
no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises.;
decides to take final action on said Vacation Resolutions and declares.same in all
things ratified confirmed and approved and the alleys ys vacate ,
The Board now orders that lists or .rolls be prepared of all owners and
holders of property and of valuable intersts therein sought to be vacated, which list
or roll shall also describe the prcnerty beneficially or injuriously affected by such
vacations.

various departments.
The Board approved the corrected Plat of Lincoln Terrace Addition with
the following dedication:

The annexed plat is a plot of Lincoln Terrace addition to the City of
South Bend,, '�t. Joseph county, Indiana, and comprises the following tract ofl land , to-
wit Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot numbered Ten (Id) Kensington ddition;
thence north twenty-two (22) degrees and Thirty-two (32) minutes east along the westeAy
line of said lot Ten (I0) one hundred forty seven and six tenths .(147. 6) feet; thence
north along the west line. of Kensington Addition fourteen hundred sicty-six (1466)feet
to the north line of Section Three (3) Twonship Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Two (2)1

The Plat contains two hundred and thirty four (234) lots numbered from
One I) to Two hundred and forty (240) inclusive; excepting. numbers Twenty (20) , Twenty
One 2I), Twenty-two (22), Twenty three (23). Twenty four t24) and T� entyfive (25). The
size of the lots and the widths of the streets and alleys are marked on the plat in Oee�t
and decimals of feet.
The streets and alleys eve hereby dedicated to the public for use as
public highways.
Be it known that Lots -numbered One (I) to 6ix (6) and Twenty six (26).
to Twenty-eight (28) inclusive, shall be restricted to that no dwelling shall be erect
