This being the date set, hearing qs had on Condemnation Resolution No. 23I9
for the opening of Franklin Street from Wayne Street to Jefferson Street. (See files
for copy of resolution.)
In the above named Condemnation Resolution No.23I9, no remonstrators appeared
and no remonstrance was filed. Mr. Ernest Morris, Mr. gym. K. McHenry, Mr. A. B.
Thielans were present advocating this proposed opening. after hearing all persons
interested in said condemnation resolution and being fully advised in the premises,
the board. decides to take final action on said condemnation resolution No.23I9 and
declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification.

The Board approved the renewal certificate for the excavation bond of George
F. Bachman in the amount of I,000.00 signed by Union Indemnity Uompan.y.
The Board approved the excavation bona of Ed and J. White in the amount of
`7,000.00 signed by Ficelity and Deposit Company of Egryland.

The Board epprovec the inst<_lla.tion of a 2500 lumen light on the corner of
California Avenue and 6ancome Avenue at a cost of Q35.00 per year.
Ue Bo^rd signet the contrpct for ire purchase of light bulbs from the
McCaffery Company in the amount of 0600.00.
Pay roll claims in the amount of 06,543.74 for various departments were signed
ncd a p pro ve d by the Board.
