Drigg s in the amount of 000.00 signed by Globe indemnity Company. Renewal certi_ficate :for bond of Chester i. This being the date set, hearing Y s had on the assessment roll for the serer in l iley Street and Longley Avenue under Improvement resolution No.2300. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appelred and no written. remonstrance 7as files and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of' land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said roll. The Board, therefore , decides to take final action on said roll and declares same in all things ratified, conf±rmed a:.nd a rproved ant the proceedings closed. The Board no7 orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance. This beinF the date set, continued hearing_ was had on the assessment roll for the grading of the alley south of Donald Street from Robinson Street to Sampson Street under improve ren t Resolution ho.2 280.
