This being the date set, hearing 4ras had on Vacation
No.231S for the vacetion of Esther Street from south line of Wayne Street
Resolution

This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment
roll for the pavement of the alley west of Edison Street from Huron Street
Street Improve Resolution

under -rent No.230I.
In the above named assessment roll, no remonstr, tors appeared
and no w ritten remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the pre-
mises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land. have been benefited in the
amounts shovm on said primary assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final
action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed
and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders
said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance.

City Jng,,ineer, , H. G. dray, submitted the final es ti rrta t-e for the grading
of the alley south of Donald Street under Improvement riesolutlon No.2280 in the amount
of =?456.00, which was signed and approved by the Board.
City Engineer, H. G. • Wra r, submitted final estimate for. the sewer in i Huey street from Lot I9 Prast Sub., t o Lon.gley Avenue and in Long -ley Avenue from Huey
Street to Olive Street under Improvement Resolution 1No.2300� in the amount of $2,7II.5I

This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment

In the above named assessment roll, iIr. Fred I'. Keller, was present in
the interests of. the Citizens Trust and Savings Bank who hold the deed for Lot I3 in J.
�D. . T„sher's Ist., addition. After he, -ring all persons interested in said assessment roll and ieing: fully advised in the premises, the board decides to modify the assessment roll
as follows:
- Reduce the. assessment on Lot 6 in J. D. Tashers Addition, in the name
of C� ri stian eIalz, in the amount of $75.00 or raking the total assessment $298.21,

Add the amount • of the above reduction, �75.00, to the assessment on lot I3 in J. D. Tashers Addition, in the named of the Citizens Trust and Savings Bank, or
(making the total assessment on said lot I3, %�P'448.2I ijnstead of 41?373.2I.
With the above modification, th-- Board finds that the several lots and
parcels of lend which have been assessed for said improvement, have been benefited in
the amounts shown on said modified roll and therefore, the Board decides to take final
action on said roll and declares same in all things ra tifiedf_ confirmed and approved as
modfied and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment mll delivered
Ito the Department of Finance.

�$20,740.72 and hereby orders City Controller to pay same.
The Board approved a claim of H. G. ?;'ray, City Engineer, for traveling
lexpenses in connection with Track Elevation work and the Board, hereby orders City Con-
Itroller to pay same out of Tra ckElevat ion Fund.
Upon the request cC Building Uomnis sioner, D. Moomaw, the Acme Theater
Corporation, by A. J. Lambeotte, Secretary, filed the follcwing agreement with the Board

This is to authorize the Boerd of Public Works to deduct $200.00 from
the total of damages allowed to my property when Division Street is widened.
This `200.00 represents improvements mane to my property at IIIa 'lest
Division Street since the passing• of a. set back resolution by the Boa rd of Public 'orks.
