<br />This being the date set, hearing 4ras had on Vacation
<br />No.231S for the vacetion of Esther Street from south line of Wayne Street
<br />Resolution

<br />The Board now orders that a list nr roll be prepared

<br />owners and. holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to
<br />be taken,
<br />which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected
<br />by such
<br />vacation.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment
<br />roll for the pavement of the alley west of Edison Street from Huron Street
<br />Street Improve Resolution

<br />under -rent No.230I.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstr, tors appeared
<br />and no w ritten remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the pre-
<br />mises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land. have been benefited in the
<br />amounts shovm on said primary assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final
<br />action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed
<br />and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders
<br />said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance.
