City Engineer, H. G. 'gray, filed the f ollowing assessment .rolls:

Assessment roll, for the pavement of `Elmer Street from Lincoln Way West to

Assessment roll for the resurfacing of Tonti Avenue "from Tecumseh Avenue
to West line of Irquois Street urger Improvement Resolution No.2256.
In all .of the above named assessment rolls, the Board, hereby, orders that
on the I3th., day., of November I929, this Board will meet in their office in the City
Hall at 7-i5'P. M.,. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
has been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the several lots and
parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said primary
assessment rolls. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings .shall be
published on the 8th. , day of November and on' the 9th. , day of November 1929, in the
South Bend Sews 'Times and Tribune -according to law.
Qity Engineer, H. G. Wray filed the primary assessment roll f or the Bergan
Street Sub -trunk Sewer -from Portage venue to Johnson Street; Johnson and Bergan Local
sewer: on Johnson Street from Hamilton Street to -Wilson Street: on Bergan Sitreet from
Portage Avenue to Johnson, all under Improvement Resolution No.2IOS.
n the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the
'2Oth., clay of November I929, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at
7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been
.assessed ,by said improvement and will decide tether the several lots and parcels of
land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said roll. The Board
further orders that notices of said hearing shall be published on the 8th. , day of
November and on the ISth. ,, day of November I929, in the South Bend News Times and Tribun
according to law.
City Engineer, H. G. Wray,, filed the primary assessment roll for the sub-trun
sewer on Eckman Street under Improvement Resolution No.2279.
City Engineer, H. G. Vdrsy, filed the primary assessment roll for the local
'sewer in Bendix Drive from Washington Street tg Ist., alley north of _Division Street and
Jefferson Street from Liberty �Itreet' to Bendix Drive under Improvement Resolution No.2I5
In both of the above named assessment rolls, the Board, hereby orders that on
the 2Ot12.9 day of November 1929, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall
at 7-I5 P. M., to hear and receive remonstran ees from all persons whose property has
been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the several lots and parcels
!; of land primarily assessed for said impr ovements have been or will be benefited in the
amounts named on said roll or in a greater or less sum than that named on said rolls.
The Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the 8th.,
dsy of November and on the I5th., day of November 1929, in the South Bend Tribune and
News Times according to law.
