By unanimous vote of :the Boerd, .the 'Clerk was ordered to advise the Board of Public Safety that this Board of 'Inorks reconmiends that no parking: be allowed on Sample Street from Arnold Street to the St. Joseph River Bridge, excepting along- those portions Th.ich have been widened. This being: the date set, adjourned. meeting of `Nednesday October 9th., 1929, Tras held at 10:00 A. 1G_. All _remb ers present. City Lngine er, H. G.'Ni-ay, also present. This being the date set, hearing vris h.ad on Improvement Resolution No.2297 for the pavement of the alley east of I'iami "Itreet from Victoria Street to Altgeld Street. (See files for cop T of resolution.) In the above named improvement resolution, a writtEn remonstrance was filed, an the Board beings full7T advised in the premises, f inc.s that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improve-riL-nt, will be equal to the estimated cost of same. The Board', therefore, decides to over rule said remonstta es and takes final action on said resolution and declares same in all t?-!ings ratified, confirmed and approved :,without modification. The Bo�,rd nova orders said remonstrance delivered to the engineer for a report as to the resident property owners whose signa- tures appear on this remonstrance. This being the date set, heaing was had on Improvement �Lesolution No.2298 for the pavement of the alley north of LaSalle Avenue from Scott Street to west line of Lot 7 in Reefer's Sub. ( See files for copy of re sn lut ion. ) In the above named improvement resolution, rermonstratcrs apperred but no written remonstrance was filed end the Board., being fully advised in the premises end after hearing all persons interested in said resolution, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the e st im ate d cost, of saT� e and therefore the Boa: rd takes final action on s a is resolution and declares same in all t'.-ings ratified, confirmed and approved without mod ifi ce ti on. • • • • • �J
