Board met in special session at I-30 P. IT. All members present.
. The Board approved the Plat of Westchester Second Unit with the following
dedication:
PLAT OF 71ESTCH ST ,R SECOND UNIT
The annexed plat is a plat of Westchester second.unit, an addition to the
City of South Rend, Indiana; and comprises the tract of land described as follows,, to -
wit:
Be -inning at the MY corner of the SE + of Section 4, T 37 IT, Range- 2 F, thence
S along the "V line of the SEA 'of said Section 4, a distanne of 21.2 feet to the N
line of Westmoor Sheet; thence E along the N line of Westmoor Street 2635.4 feet to
the Y line of said ection 4, thence N along the E line of said Section 4, a distance of
1935.45 feet to the center line of Crumstovvn Avenue, thence My along the center line
of Crumstown Avenue 2907.26 feet to the place of beginning.
,The plat contains t4-1 lots numbered from 43 to 193 inclusive.
The size of the lots and the width of the streets, alleys and easements is
marked on the plat in feet and decimals of feet.
The streets and alleys are hereby dedicated to the p-ablic for use as public
highways only.

The Board approved the deed issued to the City by the Bendix Realty Cotapany
and the Board 'hereby orders said deed recorded
City Engineer, H. G. Vray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the
Board adopted the following improvement Resolutions:
Improvement resolution No.2295 for the pavement of the south 30 feet of
Crumstovvm Avenge from the E line of ' estchester First Unit to a point 127 feet west of
the west line of Lake street. (See files for copy of resolution.)
Improvement Resolution No.2294 for the sewer improvement on Iowa Street and
Lake Street from the north line of tVestmoor 6treet to a point I32 feet S of the S li7Ae
of Crumstown Avenue. S eridan Street from center line of 7.7estmoor Street to N line of
j Crumstown Avenue. Prast Street from point 35 feet west of Nancy Street to a point 35
feet E of Falcon Street. 'Tasement along a line I32 feet south of south line of Crums-
twon Avenue; from point 40 feet west of Nancy Street to a point 40 feet E of Falcon
Street. Also Pavement on Iowa Street and Lake Street from N line of 'estmoor street
to the S line of Cramstovm Avenue. Sheridan Avenue from the south line of Westmoor
Street to the south line of Crumstotirn Avenue. Prast Blvd., from west line of Nancy
Street to a point 127 feet west of Lake Street. (See files for copy of resOluti on. )
jj In both of the above named improvement resolution, propert_r owners waived all
objectionir on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation in
procedure for the construction of street improvements as fixed by law.
