City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the Board adopted said plans and specifications together with the following improvement Resolutions. - Improvement Resolution ZTo.2284 for the local sewer improvement on Nancy Stree from the centerline of 4estmoor Street to a point 5 feet south of the south line of j Bertrand Street. (See files for copy of resolutinn.) i j Improvement Resolution No.2285 for the local sewer improvement on "Vestmoor Street from a point 1243.4 feet, east of the west line of the southeast 4 of Section 40 Township 37 North, Range 2 East, to the west line of the southeast + of said Section 4. ( See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2286 for the pavement of the west 60 feet of Nancy Street frgm the south line of Bertrand ''treet to the south line of Westmoor Street; 1faney '1treet from the south line of Westmoor Street to the south line of Crums town Avenue; Frederickson Street, Pbast Blvd., Rartzer Street, Bonds Avenue and Greene Street ffom the west 1*Lne of Lincoln Manor 2nd., Addition to the east line of Nancy Street. In all of the above named improvement resolutions, proprrty owners waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation in r-rocedure for the construction of street improvements as fixed by law. The Board approved the plat of Westchester First Unit with the following dedication: (� DEDICATION OF PLAT OF WESCHESTER FIRST UNIT. The annexed plat is a plat of 4estchester Virst Unit, an addition to the City of South. Bend, Indiana, and comprises the tract of land described as follows: Beginning on the R. line of Section 3 Towsnhi 37 p 7. R.�2 T. a distance of 696.2 feet south of the northwest corner of the S. T7. 4 of said 15ection3; said -point being on the S line of "iestmoor Street. Thence E along the S. line of said Westm-oor Street 217.0 feet to the W line of Lincoln Manor ''econd Addition to the City cf South Bend, Indiana, thence N along the 71 line of said Lincoln Manor Addition 2006.I8 feet to the center line of Crumstown Road.
