F. walls, the following street 1L htings were approved and ordered installed by the Board: `'onstruetion of 7 boulevard street lights on Rose Avenue and 1�essler Blvd., at a cost of $35.00 each per year. Cons+ruction of a 2500 lumen light at the intersection of Howard Street and Hill Street at a cost of $35.00 per year. Construction of a 2500 lumen lamp at the intersection of Vassar Avenue and Johnson Street at a cost of $35.00 per ;;ear. Construction of a I000.lumen lamp in front of the colored Church on Kentucky Street at a dost of 22.00 per year. • Construction of a 4000 lumen light at the intersection of Jefferson and 35th., Street at a cost of 45.00 per year. Construction of a 4000 lumen light at Angella & Lafavette Street; construct- ion of a 4000 lumen light at Angella & fdarquette _Blvd., at a, cost of 45.00; construct ion of a 4000 lumen light at Irquois and Osteino Streets, at,a cost of 45.00. Tray:$ filed the primary assessment roll for the pavement on Michigan ztreet under Improvement Resolution Nio 2245. In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby orders, that on the Ilth. , day of September I929, t1kis Board will meet in their office in the City hall at 7-I5 P. IT.,. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment roll. The`"Board signed the contract with Hoban & Roach for the pavement -of Foster Street from Howard Street to the nort line of St. Vincent Street under Improvement Resolution No.2247 in the amount of 5,092.70. The Board also �sprovea the construction bond of same for 50 a of the contract price signed by southern :'-urety omxsny. Upon the recommendation of dim. F. %aalls, the Board approved the p-etition of Indiana & Vic1tigan .Electric Company to construction transformer vaults as outlined in their petition of August 20th. 1929. City Engineer, filed plans, specifications and estimate and the Board adopted said plans and specifications together with Itprovement Resolution No.2283 for the walk -and curb improvement on TIsher Avenue from the west curb line of Ificnigan Street to the east &urb line pf Yain treet. (See files for copy of rem lution. ) In the above named imrrovement resolution, property avners waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any. violation in procedure for the construction of street improvements as fixed by law. The Board approved a claim for the engineering department for stamps in the amount of I0.00,/ 2I.67.
