Board' met in special session at 2-30 P.. V. All members present.
0ity `"ngineer, H. G. Wray, filed the following primary assessment rolls:
Assessment roll for the pavement on "mith Street from west line of HaW
Street to the east line of Olive street under Improvement' Resolution No.2I67.
Assessment roll for the pavement on Broadway Street from High Street to
Miami Street under Improvement Resolution No.2187.
In both of the above named assessment nolls,'the Board, hereby orders that
on the 7th., day of August 1929, this Board will meet in their office' in the City Nall
at 7-I5 P.. r. , to hear and receive remonstrances from .all persons whose property
has been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the several lots and
parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment
rolls. The Board further orders that notices of paid hearings shall be published on
the 2nd._9 day of August -and on -the * 3rd. , day of August I929, in the South Bend News
Times and. Tribune according to law:
Meeting adjourned at 3 O' Clock.
