Structural Waterproofing and Restoration, LILC $ 190,887.82 $ 226,901.98 The bids were reviewed and minor corrections were made as denoted in the enclosed bid tabulation. These corrections did not affect bidder rankings. I recommend award of a contract for Leighton Deck Coatings, Phase 11 to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Ram Construction Services of Michigan, Inc. in the amount of $ 189,000.00.
