The City has requested that LFA perform additional tasks toward finalizing these standards that initially were to be performed by the City. Per the original Agreement and subsequent amendments, LFA has prepared and revised standards and specifications for the following categories: • Section 2 —Streets, Walkways, & Paths Exhibit K — Amendment to Owner -Engineer Agreement. Page 1 • Section 3 —Storm Facilities • Section 4 —Sanitary • Section 5 — Water • Section 6 —Traffic and Lighting • Section 7 — Erosion & Sediment Control Change of Scope: The City has requested that LFA prepare the General Section (Section 1) of the Specifications. This will include the following: 1. Capture of content from the existing South Bend Prevailing Specifications that will be included in the revised document. 2. Revise pertinent Sections where conflicts between Supplemental and Standard specifications and proposed General Section exist. 3. Prepare new content as needed to cover: • Purpose • Standing References • Variance Process • Financial Guarantees and Damages • Qualifications • R/W Occupancy • Utility Work • General Submission Requirements • Plan/Calculation Requirements • Private Improvements 4. Update the City's Prevailing and Supplemental Specifications utilizing the City's current specifications as required. 5. Reconcile previous completed work in Sections 2 through 7 as may be necessary based on finalized General Section. 6. Revise finalized draft document and standard drawings from comments received from City department heads. Agreement Summary: Original agreement amount: $ 20,000.00 Net change for prior amendments: $ 161,800.00 This amendment amount: $ 12,000.00 Adjusted Agreement amount: $ 193,800.00 Change in time for services (days or date, as applicable): Completion by March 30, 2018. Owner and Engineer hereby agree to modify the above -referenced Agreement as set forth in this Amendment. All provisions of the.
