Version 1011712017 Contractor's Bid for Public Works - 8 Addendum 41
Q
1.) Pemberton Davis Electric can begin work within ten days after award of the project. Work will
begin by establishing necessary traffic control. Construction will begin with the demolition of
existing sidewalk, installation of conduit as required via directional boring, proceed by installing
foundations, and then followed by signal pole and signal equipment installation. The work will
finish with the commissioning of the signal and clean-up. We expect a crew of three to four
workers during the duration of the project.
2.) We anticipate subletting the directional boring, sidewalk and paving work, and pavement
marking. Although we have procured quotations for subcontracted work, actual Subcontractors
have not yet been chosen.
3.) We have digger derricks, bucket trucks, directional boring machines, trenchers, and back hoes at
our disposal.
4,) We have not entered into any contracts, but have received quotations for materials required on
the project.
