U-non the recommendation of R. Z. pyke, the Board allowed a claim in the
amount of 45.00 for a sewer connection at I22I 35t.h., Street, W. P. Blyton, owner.

Board met in s-oreeial meeting at I0:00 A. Y. All members -present.
Attorney ni F. Ceebirt, representing the `'hicago, South Bend and Northern India na
Railway `'ompany, was present ?petitioning the Board to allow said railway "ompany to
lay double tracks on South Chapin 6treet from lord to Sample "treet, while said street
'is being paved under contract duly signed and executed by the 3oard under. Improvement
Resolution T?o.2I92. Attorney Vitus Jones was also uresenting representing property
owners along said street, who have remonstrat.ed;". and filed a written reronstrance with
;the Board against said double track. After hearing all persons interested in said matter
.,the Board decides to ta',-e same under advisement until a later date.
