The Board approved the Plat of Whitcomb and Keller"s Highland View Addition with the following Dedication: The attached plat is to be 'know as Whitcomb and Keller's Highland 'view, an Addition to -the City of Douth Bend; It be described as being a tract of land bounded as follows Beginning'at the intersection of the North line -of the Southwest Quarter of Sectio# 36, Township, 37 Forth, Range 2 Est, and the '%st line of the Yiehigan Road as located through said Section thence East on the North line of said Section 23.73 chains to the Nort'Zwest corner of the.Sch6olhouse Lot; thence South 13 1/3 rods to the Southwest corner of the Schoolhouse Lot; thence East 3 rods; thence South 153,8 feet; thence West to the easterly line of said 11richigan Road; thence Northeasterly along the V_a.sterly side of said i`ichigan Road to the place of beginning, which include only the North half of Hildebrand Street; The plat contains fifty-four (54) lots numbered from I to 54 inclusive, The streets and alleys are hereby dediea- d to the public for public uses. The Board arnroved pay roll claims in the amount of 6, 795.I8 and hereby orders City Controller to nay same.
