The following -roposals were received for the repairing of the
Sarin Street sewer:

After due consideration of the above bids, the Board instructed I
.City Engineer, H. G. Wray, to make an investigation of the low bidder and if found j{
satisfactory, to order him to start work immediately on this work. lf, however,
it wa.s found by the Migineer that the low bidder- was unable to handle .this jhe contract j
would be warded to the second lowest bidder. &1Ir. Wray was instructed to file his rep ort€j
Thursday morning if possible, so that work could be commenced without further delay,
