asphalt pavement heavy traffic as the tyr_.e of ravement with which said street shall be
imrrovedeand sets the 22nd. , dar of January I929, as the time when said Board shall

decides to ta'�:e final action on said assessment rolls, and declares same in all things
ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The
Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the De-oartment of Finance.
This being the date set, bids were received, opened and
read for the construction of the following improvements:
Pavement on Smith Street from Huey Street to Olive Street
