Wray, 0ity Mngineer,absent. rolls. This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assessment J Assessment roll far the`sewerin. Brookfield 6treet from Prairie Avenue to A Indiana avenue under Improvement Resolution 110.2180. Assessment roll for the sewer in Liberty Street from Division Street to Sample street under Improvement Resolution No.2I22. • In both of the above named assessment rolls,, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said. improvements have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment rolls. The Board, therefore decides to take final action on said assessment rolls, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. This being the date set, hearings_ were had on the following -orimary assess- ment rolls: Assessment roll for the pavement on Atl@;eld Street from west line of harine Street to east line of Yiami Heights. Addition under Improvement Resolution No.2087. Assessment roil for the pavement on Victoria atreet from east curb line of Yiami -Streiet to east line of Miami Heights Addition under Improvement Resolution No.2088. In both of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises finds'that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement's have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary assessment rolls. : The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings l closed. J. I. I. R. R. under Improvement Resolution No.2037. 1 In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the rremises, finds that primarily several lots and parcels of land priarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the amounts named on said primary - :p ry assessment roll. the Board, therefore, I decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things 'I ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the -oreceedings closed. In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators , appeared but no written remonstrance was filed and after hearing all -nersons interested in said improvement and �ibeing fully advised in the premises, the Board finds that the several lots and parcels iof land primarily assessed for said improvement have been benefited in the amounts named j�on said primary roll. The Board, therefore, decides to ta':ce final action on said assess-j ment roll and declares same in all things ratified confirmed and approved without modifi= cation and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered jto the Department of Finance. I The Board approve the Guarantee Bond of the Reith Riley Construction �'ompany for the pavement on Victoria treet under Improvement resolution No.2088 in the amount of 2,084.92 signed by the Southern '7urety company. The Board signed the contract with Rocco Simeri for the sewer in 06uthwood a 1Avenue from Harriett Street to Greenlawn avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2I42, in` the amount of 3, II6.30. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50/6 of the contract trice signed by The Fidelity Casualty `'ompany of slew fork. The Board signed the contract with Rocco 6imeri for the sewer in O'Brien Street frtm fflerwinsti Court to Ist. alley north of �lerwinski Court; o�erwinski Oourt!� , also from Johnson-'treet to O'Brien Street under Improvement Resolution N'o.2I46 in the amount i of $856.40. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50� of the contras; priee'signed by Employers Liability Assurance Company. l The Board signed the contract with Rocco Simeri for the sewer in Johnson �Ztreet from Elwood Avenye to Bulla street under Improvement ovement Resolution p No.2256 in the mount of I,338.Io. The Board signed the construction bond of same for 50o of the contract price signed by the Employers Liability Assurance Co. ji Vednesday rening, becemb -�r 5th. T928.' 289 ! The Board.signed the contract with V+41118ton Construction Company for the Favement on . Greenlawn Avenue from south line of �i tcK'inley Avenue to north a line oflaashington Avenue -under Improvement Resolution Nn, 2I4I in the amount of j� 115,982.15o The Board also approved the construction bond for same for 501- of . the cont-act-price signed by Inland Bonding Company. ! The Board signed the contract with Edward B'iJulio for the sewer on Olive Street from Lincoln play i4est to -Awood Avenue under Improvement Resolution .No.2143 in the amount of 4,045.50. T'he Board also approved the construction bond for j same for I00% of the contract price signed by the X,,ryland Casualty Co, 'i Assistant Engineer, R. L. Pike, filed plans, specifications and it estimates and the Board adopro ted said plans and se.-ations together with the ;!.following improvement Resolutions: Imx)roTrement Resolution No.2169 for .the pavement on Kenwood avenue a from Johnson Street ^'to Olive Street. (see files for copy of resolution.) Inirro ve-ment Resolution No.21TD for the pavement on Liston Street from Walnut Street to Studeba'lcer Street. (See file's for copy of' resolution. ) • Improvement Resolution No.217I for the pavement on Longley Street from Wilberstreet to Johnson Street. (See files for copy of re.salution. ) • 0 0 0 11 In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders that on the ft&., day of January 1929, this Board will meet in their office in. the City Hall at 7-I5 P. g�., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for such im-irovements will be bqua1T to:7_the estimated costs of same as reported by the ngineer. The Board further orders that notices of such hearings shall be published on the I4th., day of December and on the 2lst., day of December 1928 in the South fiend News Times and Tribune according to law. Assistant .Engineer, R. L. Pike, filed plans and the -Board adopted. a resolution for Set Back Lines on Miami Street from Lincoln Way East to Indiana Avenue -under Condemnation Resolution No.2I72. (See files for copy of resolution.) In the above namned set back line Resolution No.2I72, the Board, hereby orders that on the 9th., day of January I929, this Board will meet in their office at 7-I5 P. Ir., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to be afffected by such proceedings. The Board further orders that notices of such hearing shall be^published on the I4th. , day of December and off, the 2lst.1 day of December 1928 in the -►youth Bend 1:?ews Times and Tribune according to law.
