City Engineer, H. G. 'dray, filed primary assessment roll for
the sewer in Elwood AT,.enue from Medora Street to Huey. -Street under Imrrovement
Resolution No.2084.
In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby orders
that on the I4th., day of November 1928, this Boa-�d will meet in their.. office in
the City Hall at 7-15 P. Ii., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons
whose property has been assessed for said 'improvement and, will decide whether the
several lots and parcels of land have been or will be be in the amounts,
named nn said primary roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing
shall be published on the 2nd., day of November and on the 9th., day of November
I928, in the South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law.

that on the 14th. , days of November I9281, this Board will meet in their office -in
the City Hall at 7-I5.P. IT., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons
whose "property has been assessed for said improvement- and will decide whether the
several lots and T.reels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts
named on said primary roll. The Board further orders that notices of sadd hearinlk
will be pAblieTAed in the 6outh-Bend News Times and tribune on the 2nd.,.day of
November and on the 9th., day of November 1928, according to law.
