The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of the Albert Constriction Company;
for the pavement on Johnson Street from Vassar Avenue to Elwood Avenue under Improve-
ment Resolution THTo.2033, in the anoint of I,6I3.98, signed by Inland Bonding Co.
The Board signed t1ae contract l*-th the Albert Const action Company for
the pavement of the co zth one ' a1f of 'lestmoor Street from Ol Ive Street to east line
of Lincoln T`an-r 3rd. , Addition under Improvement Resolution TIo.2094 in the arno- nt
of 9$736.I5. The '3oard also approved the construction bond of same for 50� of the
contract price, signed by Inland Bo---q in.� Co.

pavement of Johnson Street from Vassar Avenue to �l .,00d avenue under Improvement
Resolution 7o.2033.
In the above named assessment roll, rep.--onstrators appeared but no written
remonstrance was filed and the 73oard being fuL_y advised in the premises, finds that
the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named on said
roll. The Board, therefore ta'Les final action on said assessment roll and declares
same in all thin zs ratified, confir; ed and approved ..rithout modification. The Board
now orders said assessment roll delivered to -the Department of Finance.

east line of alley east of Clyde Street under Improvement Resolution Nllo.I994.
Assessment roll for the pavement of C,,tal-a AvenStie from St. Joseph,
South T3end and Southern -'ail -road right of way -to Indiana Avenue under Improvement
Resolution TTo. I992.
In all of the above named assessment rolls, remonstrators appeared but
no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises,
finds that the seTreral lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said imx�rovements
have 'deen benefited in the amounts named on said rolls, The Board therefore tai Les
final action on said assessment rolls and declares sa- e in all things ratified, confirreo.

in accordance with the terms of the contra ct between the City and Harry N. Barnes
Contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.2078. The Board signed and arproved
same in the amount of 10.083.12.

In both of the above named improverient resolutions the Board hereby
orders that on the 25th., day of September I929, this Board will -meet in their office
at I0:00 A. ' ., to hear and receive remonstrances from all rersons whose rrorerty
Is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits
to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement
will be eaual to the estimated cost of same as reported by the -Oity Engineer. The
Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published in the South
Bend News Times and Tribune on the 7th. , day of Sentember and on the I4th. , day of
September d 28 and that notices be mailed to pronertT owners according to law.
