In all of the above named assess,-,ent rolls, no remonstrators apreared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the T,remises, finds that the several lots and ra reels of land primarily assessed for said imrrovements have been benefited in the amounts .gamed on said primary rolls. The Board therefore, ta-ces final acti cn on said above assessment rolls and decla °es sane in all things ratified, conf irmed and amp_ roved without modification, and the proceedings Vlosed. The Board noworders said assessment rolls delivered to the Der_ artment of Finance. This being the date setip hearing was had on the assessment roll for the ravement on '7oodside Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street under Improvement Resolution 'No.2000. After hearing all rersons interested in said assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, the Board finds that the benefi,s to the several lots and parcels of land are equal to the amounts shohm on said roll. The Board, therefore ta'ces final action on said assessment roll and - declares sane in �h1 things rt.tifi ed, confirr-_ed and approved and the proceedings closed'. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Derartmient of finance. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll and declares said assessment roll in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modifica- tion and the rroceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance. In the above named im-.rovement Resolution no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the -.remises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said imrrovement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as report-d by the City 'Ktigineer. The Board, therefore, taxes final action on said Improvement Resolu tion and declares sale in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board now o rd er s that on the I§ th. , day of September ember , I92 8, this Board will receive, open adn consider sealed -proposals for the cons ruction of said impro- vement up to I0:00 A.
