of TT,388.85. The Board also ap-roved the construction bond of same for of the

In all of the above named assess,-,ent rolls, no remonstrators apreared
and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the
T,remises, finds that the several lots and ra reels of land primarily assessed for said
imrrovements have been benefited in the amounts .gamed on said primary rolls. The Board
therefore, ta-ces final acti cn on said above assessment rolls and decla °es sane in all
things ratified, conf irmed and amp_ roved without modification, and the proceedings
Vlosed. The Board noworders said assessment rolls delivered to the Der_ artment of
Finance.
This being the date setip hearing was had on the assessment roll for
the ravement on '7oodside Street from Michigan Street to Fellows Street under Improvement
Resolution 'No.2000. In the above named assessment roll, a mitten remonstrance was
filed by "dm. '-. Prior, by his attorney Viller "Tory. After hearing all rersons interested
in said assessment roll and being fully advised in the premises, the Board finds that
the benefi,s to the several lots and parcels of land are equal to the amounts shohm
on said roll. The Board, therefore ta'ces final action on said assessment roll and -
declares sane in �h1 things rt.tifi ed, confirr-_ed and approved and the proceedings closed'.
The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Derartmient of finance.
This being the date set, continued hearings �-,mere had on the following

In both of the above named assessment rolls, no re:- onstrators appeared and
no written remonstrance tiriias filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, �
finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts
-.lamed on said rolls. The Board, therefore, ta''Les final action on said primary �!
assessment rolls and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
withoat modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. i
This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the
-oavement, sewer, grade, curb and imal'� imrrovement on O'Brien Street from north line
�'arquette Turk- Ist. , addition to Hamilton Street under Im-nrovement Resolution No.
20820
In the above named assessment roll, noremonstrators appeared and no written
remonstr:.nee 77as filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named onsaid
roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll and declares
said assessment roll in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modifica-
tion and the rroceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered
to the Department of Finance.
This bein!7 the da'5e set, hearings was had on Improvement resolution TTo.2129
for the grade, curb and wale on Michigan Street from Donmoyer Avenue to Jennings
and on the west side only from Jennings to Dean Avenue.
In the above named im-.rovement Resolution no remonstrators appeared and no
written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the -.remises,
finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed
for said imrrovement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as report-d by the
City 'Ktigineer. The Board, therefore, taxes final action on said Improvement Resolu
tion and declares sale in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
The Board now o rd er s that on the I§ th. , day of September ember , I92 8, this Board
will receive, open adn consider sealed -proposals for the cons ruction of said impro-
vement up to I0:00 A. The Board further orders that notices of said ?�roxoosals
shall be published on the 7th. , day of aeptember and on the I4th. , day of September
I: 28 , in the South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law.
In the muter of the goading of Tasher Avenue from ' ichigan Street to the
east line of alley east of Y`ichigan -itreet, under Improvement Resolution No.2075rp
the Board hereby orders that on the I8th. , day of September, 1928, this Board will
receive, open and read sealed prop_ osals for the construction of said improvement up
to IO:00 A. I% The Board further orders that notices of said proposals shall be
published on the 7th. , day of Sep_ ter-.ber and on the I4th. , day of Se-otember I928,
