Voore also j present, a This being the date set for hearing on asses�sment-roll of the Northwest 44%evver System under Improvement Resolution Numbers 1774 1774A and I774B, the Board met-- in Souneil 'Chamber and opened hearing on said .roll. City Engineer, H. G. dray, reported that he -had made all the changes in assessments against the lots and areas in the benefited districts as ordered by the Board at the hearing on Aagust 9th.9 19Z8, and he submitted,to the Board, a modified Assessment Roll in a eeordeXce with said orders. Remonstrators appeared and the following additional remonstrators were filed; Matthew I. Dinan, Matthew Y. Dinan and Frances E. The Board, after hea ring all remonstrators present, whos desired to be hea Id and after considering all remonstrances filed, and being fully advised in the Thursday,_Iugust 23rd., 1928. matter, now over rules each and all of said remonstrances except insofar as objections set in therein have been met by the modification of the primary assessment roll and after due and careful consideration finds that the several lets, areas and parcels of land which have been assessed for said improvement are specially benefited in the amounts respectively assessed against them as shown on said modified assessment roll. The Board now takes final action on said assessment roll and approves and confirm®,"., in all things, said assessment roll as modified and directs that it be transmitted forthwith to the Department of Finance.
