This beingthe d fixed for hearing a day g ny property ,owner interested i in the assessment .for the construction of the Northwest Trunk Sewer- System, which Includes Trunk, sub -trunk and local sewers, all according to improvement Resolution Numbers 1774, 1774 A and i774 B, the Bo$rd met at its office in the dity Haan at the time "set and because of the great numbers present, it convened the meeting in the Council Chamber of said Hall. Moore, After due deliberation the Board decides to modify the primary or prelimina roll as follows: I. Deduct from all unplatted acreage areas .in the respective benefited ..dis- tri cts as follows: A. In unplatted tracts contiguous to platted tracts, areas which will be occupied by streets and alleys when projected. B. In unplatted acreage tracts not contiguous to platted tracts, one thi of area for street and alley purposes. 2. In platted acre additions deduct for projected streets of the size of street already provided for in recorded replat of acre lots in such additions. 3. Deduct for areas outside the City and erroneously included and assessed. 4. Fake any and all corrections within the benefited districts where errors were made in computations. 5. Char-gd and spread uniformly over the balance of the lots, areas and pare of land in the respective henefited districts the total of the amounts deducted as hereinabove ordered. The Board instructed the Engineer to modify the Assessment roll in said improvement in the respects above mentioned and prepare and report a modified Assessmen Roll according to the mxt hearing hereon. The Board further orders that a hearing on the Modified Assessment Roll and on the remonstrances filed will be heard in the Council Chamber of the City Hal). on August - I6th. , I928, at A.
