The Board signed the contract with _Reith Riley Construction Co. ,
for the pavement improvement of streets in Northwest Addition under improvement Resort '
tion No.206I in the -amount of 54,904.10. The Board also annroved the construction j
bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by the 96'uthern Surety Co. it
The Board approved the: following Guarantee bonds:

improvement on Me-Kinley veme from Greenitwn to 22nd., Street under improvement Resolu
tion No.I923 signed by the Inland Bonding o,
Guarantee Bond of John F. Hipskind for the sewer improvement on
Brookfield ''treet from Humboldt to Vassar Avenue under Improvement Resolution No..2030,

Guarantee Bond of j°`dward Di Julio for the College Street sewer from
Elwood Avenue to Keller Street under Improvement Resolution No.I964, signed by Inland

Guarantee Bond of John F. Hipskind for the sewer improvement in

by Inland Bonding Co.
the Board a rDroved the recommendation of yam. F. Qualls fqr the
discontinuance of the light locatbd at the south-west corner of plain and La alle Avenue
at a saving of $50.00 per year.
Upon the recommendation of `gym. F. Jualls, the Board approved the
following light installations:
2500 lumen light at the corner of College Street and Rupel at a cost
of $35.00 per year.
4000 lumen light at the corner of LaSalle Avenue and Asther 6treet
at a cost of 45.00 per year.

hereby releases nd discharges the said Kuehn Jordan Company, principal, and the
American Surety o', -Surety, from further liability on that certain bond of I,000.00
dated I-Cay 20th. , I916.
It is understood au;d agreed that this instrument does not
release or discharge said principal and said surety from any liability assumed under
said bond, incurred prior to the date hereof or any liability arising out of or from
any acts performed prior to the release hereof.
