G. Wray, pproved a one sided drive to be constructed at IC}26 Nibs Avenue, The Board approved the petition of the Studebaker Corporation to repair intersectiftof Franklin and Broadway and to relocate the inlets Upon the recommendation of City Attorney I. S. Romig and Oity Engineer. H. G. Yray, the Board hereby applint s Charles W. Gole and William S. r:Toore to serve as consulting engineers in the matter of making up the assessment roll for the North west Trunk Sewer System under Improvement Resolution No.I774 at a salary of I,500.00 each and allowing said engineers an expense account not ,to exceed 1.500.00, making a total expenditure of 4,500.00, which amount is to be added to the cost of the sewer and shown ..on the assessment 'roll. • e- f .&tt ested: 1 er of the Boar TTJ7,SBAY MAY 22nd. , I928. The Board also approved the construction bond for same for 50% of the contract ?rice signed by the Tretropilitan Casualty Co., . The Board signed the contract with J. A. Barnes for the construction of grade, curb and walk of Orange ' Stre et from Birdsell Street to alley west of Birdsell Street under Improvement Resolution No.2OI8 in the amount of 284.00. The Board also approved the construction bond for same for 50% of the contract price signed by the Yetrololitan Casualty Co. , The Board signed the contract with Albert Construction Company for the paverent of Dorothy Street from south line of concrete pavement on Prairie Avenue to +ring Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2OI29 in the amount of 79648.T2. The Board also approved the construction bond for same for 50% of the contract -price signed by Inland Bonding Co. TJron the recommendation of 7m. F. Qualls, the Board r approved the installation of the following atreet lights: I-2500 lumen light on Bertrand Street at the entranee of Goodland Avenue at a cost of 35.00 per year. I-2500 lumen light on- Bendix Drive - At TKenwood Avenue at a cost fif 35.00 per year. Yove 4000 lumen light now located midway between Bronson and Tutt on Matn Street to the intersection of Main and Bronson Street and place a 2000 lumen light in it's place. The Board approved the construction bond for same for 50% of the contract price signed by the 1+aryland Casualty Company. The Board signed the contract with Edward DiJulio for the construction of a sewer in `queen Street from point I70 feet east of Blaine Avenue to east line of lot 144 Northwest Addition under Improvement Resolution 17o.2048 for 527.00. In both of the above nwmed improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders that on the 20th., day Of June, I928, this Board will meet in their Office in the City � Hall at 7-.I5 P. 11., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property is liable to be assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Civil Engineer.
