Minutes of meetings held April 3rd. ,• 1928, read and approved. The Board approved the following drive ways for private drives: Driveway at 1238 Lincoln Way hest. Driveway at 311 N. Michi Street Driveway at I5I5 Kembl e Avenue. Upon the recommendation of Wm. F.' i malls, the Board approved the installation of the following street lights: 1000 Lumen light at Tecumseh street, near Angella. Avenue to be removed.,', 4000 lumen light, pendent fixture, mast arm construction, to be -install' ed at Tecumseh and Angella Streets and to be located on the north side of Angella Avenue Same to cost 45000 per year. The Board approved the following bonds Renewal eertifie9te of excavation bond of Joseph �;olbert, signed by the Fidelity and Deposit Company, • Renewal certificate .of Contractors bond of Alex Bukowski, signed by United States Fidelity and Guaranty company. Excavation bond of George McNabb signed by the Constitution Indemnity Company of Philadelphia. Contractors bond of $I,000.00 of vdilliam B. In the above named improvement resolution, the Board hereby orders that on the 2ndl, day of May 1928, this Board will meet in their office at 7-I5 P. Y., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property may be affected by said i improvment. In the above named improvement resolution, property owner's waived all objections !b:b and defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation in proceedure for the _construction of street improvements as fixed by. law. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule said remonstrances, and takes final action on said assessment roll, filed Varch 28th., 1928, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and all proceedings under Condemnation Resolution No.I977, hereby concluded. The Board now order said assessment roll delivered to the Departipent of Finance, and orders the City Controller to pay the amounts shown on said assessment roll. No.I977.
