All members were present. Minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved. Sewer Construction plans are hereby approved for York Road, Byron Drive, and Chelsea and Cornwall Courts in Section "I" of Twyckenham Hills Addition. The Dedication of Roadways and Utility Easements in Marshall Heights Addition in the City of South Bend, Indiana is hereby approved this 26th day of August, 1957. Smith VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2862, 1957 This being the date set, hearing was held on the Resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works', for the vacation of THE ALLEY WEST OF IRONWOOD DRIVE, FROM OAK PARK DRIVE NORTH (140)FEET, under Vacation Resolution No. 2B62, 1957. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared before the Board and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, tt was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said Resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties. I • u • 0 �i C • U • R. S. Andrysiak, City Engineer, filed primary assessment roll showing the awards of damages and assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of the ALLEY WEST OF IRONWOOD DRIVE, FROM OAK PARK DRIVE NORTH (140) FEET, under Resolution No. 2862, 1957. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in the City Hall at 10:00 A.M. (DST) on the 23rd day of September, 1957 for the purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacation and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, tt9gether with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publishing same on the/30th day of August, 6th day of September, and the 13th day of September, 1957 in the South Bend Tribune and the Record.
