Smith Board of Public Works and Safety VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2852. 1957 This being the date, set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and the assess- ment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of the 10 FOOT PUBLIC WALK FROM; YORK ROAD TO THE EAST LINE 00 BROADMOOR FOURTH SECTION,.under Resolution No. 2852, 1957. a . In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed. The Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board; therefore finds that the walk has been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll, The Board therefore decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed, and approved without modifications and the proceedings closed, and the alley vacated upon.re- ceipt of the amount of benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited and all proceedings' had with reference to said vacation are hereby sustained. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared be- fore the Board and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and u namimously carried that the said Resolution be finally adopted and said street be vacated.
