Petition referred to City Engineering Department. i A petition was received from Tri-Way Builders to improve Huey Street from Bergan Street to Pershing Street by the construction of Sanitary Sewer according to Barrett Law Plan and is hereby referred to the City Engineering Department for investigation. The site plans for the Broadmoor Shopping Center is hereby approved by the Board this 4th day of February,'; 1957. February 12, Lincoln's birthday, is hereby a legal holiday according the statutes of the General Assembly 11 of Indiana and therefore the City Hall will be closed on said day. The contract for painting the City Hall is hereby awarded to the following bidder: Painting to begin immed iately. I. W. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2849, 1957 .This being the date set, hearing was held on the Resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Work and Safety for the vacation of BELLEVILLE CENTER STREET FROM THE NORTH LINE OF WESTERN AVENUE TO THE SOUTH ,LINE OF WASHINGTON STREET, under Vacation Resolution No. 2849, 1957. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared before the Board and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said Resolution be finally adopted and said stree�be vacated.
