Lindco will not cover any warranty claims, unless the below policy is adhered to: The Duraclass dump body, Wausau plow hitch and Wausau snow plow provided by Lindco will be free from defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Paint will be covered for five (5) years. All other goods and services provided by Lindco will be free from defects in material and workmanship for either one (1) year from the date of purchase and/or installation of one (1) year from the date that the vehicle was put in service by its original operator. This warranty covers only parts manufactured and/or provided by Lindco. This warranty does not pertain to parts and/or accessories not sold by Lindco. Lindco will, as a service to the buyer, pass on any warranties received from the manufacturer of said parts and/or accessories. Any and all claims to other manufacturers must be forwarded to Lindco within ten (10) days of discovered defect. All documentation of said claims must be accompanied with Vehicle Identification Number and/or a copy of the invoice, Lindco Equipment Sales has, at their option, a choice of whether to re air or replace the de ective part at a Lindco Equipment Sale's repair center or a location ap wroved by Lindco Equipment Sales unless otherwise s eci ted by the Manufacturer. Lindco will pick up and deliver your unit if a warranty problem occurs in the first sixty (60) days. If Lindco picks up and delivers your unit and the problem is found not to be covered under this said warranty, then the customer will be billed $125, for transportation charges. This Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, and improper installation by other than Lindco, maintenance or act of God. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties whether expressed or implied. The manufacturer's model, serial number and date of installation must accompany all defective parts returned. Any parts returned for warranty must be returned with freight prepaid. Lindco will except returned non -installed items, as long as they are returned within thirty (30) days, after receipt date of purchase. Customer must have a receipt when returning product. Product must be unused with all parts and any instructions and/or manuals. Lindco will char a the customer a 20% restocking fee of the on final sell price. EXCHANGE POLICY Lindco Equipment Sales will exchange sold items off of a vehicle as long as the following applies: 1.) Items were purchased through Lindco. 2.) Items have not been used in any way. 3.) Customer will pay original installation cost of equipment being removed. 4.) Customer will pay removal labor cost. 5.) Customer will pay a 20% restocking charge. 6.) Customer will get credit of selling price of equipment removed, less original installation cost, less removal labor cost and less 20% restocking charge. 7.) Customer can then apply the credit toward the exchange purchased item. 8.) NO WORK CAN BE PERFORMED WITHOUT A WRITTEN PURCHASE ORDER OR A SIGNED ORDER WITHANAUTHORIZED SIGNATURE.
