Eddy St. needs to be milled and resurfaced to allow for proper drainage to newly
proposed and existing structures.
2. Drywell
A drywell is needed to be installed on Eddy St. in order to capture storm water on the
west side of the crown. HMA will be graded to reach the grate without any curb or sidewalk
removal.
