VACATION RESOLUTION NO.2832 This being the date set, hearing was held on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works & Safety for the vacation THE ALLEY WEST OF OLIVE STREET FROM LINCOLNWAY WEST, SOUTH TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE ALLEY SOUTH OF LINCOLNWAY WEST, under Vacation Resolution No. 2832. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remon onstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said Resolution be finally�dopted and the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties.
