(CST). All members were present. Minutes of previou�, regular meeting were read and approved. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2825 - 1956 This being the date set, hearing was held on the resolution heretofore adopted by ",the Board of Public Works & Safety for the vacation of alley north of and adjacent to :,-,Lot #10 and Lot #11 in Lincoln Plaza Addition, under Resolution No. 2825. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appear- • led and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded ;'and unanimously carried that -the said resolution be fin.all adopted and the said portion of alley be vacated, The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll :covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties.
