Eddy Street and Beyrer Avenue.
In view of the urgency for this construction, the Board authorized the Traffic
Engineer to proceed immediately with these installations."
An Excavation Bond, in the sum of $5,000.00, for Glenn. R. Nunem.aker, was examined
and approved and Oden R. and Eugene V. Robertson, d/b/a Robertson Construction Company,
Contractorts bond, in the sum of $1,000.00, was also examined and approved by the Board.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned;;

SPECIAL MEETING
July 27, 1955
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held in the office of the
!Board at 9:45 A. M. C.S.T. for the purpose of completing the contract with Worden Bros.
;:for the moving of houses, construction of foundations and basements etc., in connection
:''with the widening of Eddy Street, under the 1954 General Street Improvement Program.
:All members were present.
The Board first examined and approved Performance Bond and Maintenance Bond,
"accompanying the contract. The Board then proceeded to sign contract awarded Worden
Bros. at regulat meeting of Monday, July 25, 1955•
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
;was adjourned at 10;00 A. M. C.S.T.
