SUBJECT: WWTP SCADA Environment Windows Servers Upgrade

Linda, Jennifer, Michael & George,
Please see the attached quote and information below regarding upgrading the Waste
Water's Microsoft Servers within the Scada environment from windows 2003 & 2008 R2
to 2012 R2. This will ensure that the SCADA systems will be supported for many years
to come including Microsoft WSUS (Patch) Server WSUS server. This upgraded WSUS
server will ensure that the SCADA servers and PCs/laptops will get the latest, up to date
Microsoft Security patches. With COSB pushing out the Windows 10 Operating system,
it was recommended to update all patch servers to at least Windows 2012 R2 operating
system.
There are 25 Windows Servers, within the Scada environment, that will get upgraded to
Windows 2016 R2 Operating System:
