SUBJECT: COSB_WWTP IT Migration -VCloud resources

Linda, Jennifer, Michael & George,
We are needing more resources within our VCloud environment at Micro I nteg ration . We
are currently migrating critical WWTP compliance and organizational software (Maximo
and LINKO) from obsolete, on premise servers, to our VCloud environment. This will
allow us to update both the software and the hardware it resides on, moving from a 2008
server environment to a more up to date 2012/2016 Server environment. Doing so
provides a more secure, stable and centralized management system.
We will be adding resources to our existing pool and additional cost will be about
up to $800 per month. The Office of Innovation and Technology team reviewed the
project and give favorable recommendation.
